Our mission is to enhance cognitive performance, productivity, and overall well-being through a structured, evidence-based practice. MCM365 combines cognitive assessments, a five-minute daily cognitive exercise, and a strategic 365-day planner to provide personalized support and actionable insights. Through this approach, we help participants achieve their goals, build mental resilience, and embrace continuous improvement.

3 Components of MCM365 Practice

MCM365 Practice is designed around three components that work synergistically to enhance performance, productivity, and goal achievement. These programs are:

  1. Cognitive Assessment

  2. 5-Minute Daily Cognitive Practice

  3. 365-Day Planner

1. Cognitive Assessment

The Cognitive Assessment is the foundational step of the MCM365 Practice. It involves evidence-based tests such as the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST), Trail Making Test, Decision Making Scale, and Cognitive Failure Questionnaire.

 

Key skills assessed includes:

  • Attention and Concentration: Evaluates the ability to maintain focus on tasks.

  • Executive Functions: Assesses planning, organization, and abstract thinking.

  • Memory: Tests short-term memory recall and delayed recall abilities.

  • Mental Flexibility: Ability to switch thinking in response to changing demands.

  • Problem-Solving: Measures the ability to develop and apply strategies to solve problems.

This Practice is a year-long commitment to engage in daily mental exercises designed to develop metacognitive awareness and executive functions. These practices are simple yet impactful, requiring only five minutes each day to perform.

  • Thought Journals: Writing down thoughts and experiences to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

  • Task Switching and Flexibility: Activities that challenge participants to switch tasks efficiently.

  • Habit Tracking: Monitors adherence to routines and allows for adjustments as needed.
